We realize that sometimes things happen and we have you covered. Below is our refund policy to ensure your going to be satisifed with our guide services!

50% Refund Policy
- The waves are rough you are so sick you can no longer fish.
- Client has put in no effort to catch a fish. i.e. lack of interest, distracted by cellphone, doesn’t spend their day learning and fishing.
- Your trying your best but you’re just not picking up the technique.
- Fishing is slow, everyone is struggling to catch fish despite how hard they try and it results in getting skunked
75% Refund Policy
Equipment Failure;
- Line breaks on hook set
- lure malfunctions
- Any other operational failure affecting the trip

No Refund Policy
Client shows up intoxicated and we are unable to safely proceed with the trip.
Client has brought drugs or alcohol into the hut without our knowledge.
*We have zero tolerance for this. We’re here to fish and provide a safe trip for people of all ages and skill levels. If you’re too intoxicated to fish we will not be refunding you.*
